Our company, a reputable fabrication company in the oil and gas industry located in Takoradi, invites applications from qualified persons to fill the following position:- Surveyor

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

The surveyor reports to the Project Leader and will carry out preparatory work for development and/or construction projects, through site  survey and interpretation of topographic data

•   Draws up the manufacturing documents on the basis of the surveys and data relating to the work to be done
•   Monitors the work until delivery and revises the reference documents according to its progress
•   Checks the dimensions of the construction in accordance with the project
•   Surveys the completed works and draws up the "As built" drawings (TQC)
•   Makes the necessary measures to minimize risks jeopardising Quality, Safety and the environment
•   Applies the instructions as regards compliance with HSEQ rules
•   Proposes and carries out improvement actions and corrective and/or preventive actions

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree in relevant discipline (Building Technology)
•   Applicant must have a minimum of three(3) years relevant working experience in such capacity

Age Requirement: 30 years minimum

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

•   Knowledge of professional environment
•   Master the specific tools: Theodolite
•   Familiarity with three-dimensional survey readings
•   Familiar with computer tools such as Autocad, Excel, Word and LEICA software
•   Analytical mind
•   Teamwork capability
