Job Summary

Responsibilities:

•  Implement the technical Action Plan
•  Promote Yara Crop Nutrition Programs
•  Implement technical recommendations based on the company strategy
•  Support the sales team
•  Monitor demonstrations in the fields
•  Implement and monitor scientific trials with research institutes in Ghana
•  Coordinate and follow-up field days activities
•  Implement and monitor scientific trials with Masara and Wienco cotton

Qualification Required & Experience

Profile:

•  Degree in Agronomy
•  Experience from working in rural areas
•  Ability to travel extensively in Ghana and occasionally in neighbouring countries (Togo, Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire)
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Good computer skills (excel, ppt)
•  Strong adaptability
•  Marketing and commercial knowledge
•  Knowledge of fertilizers
•  Ability to speak French is an advantage
