These positions are to develop pipeline for talent. These positions are growth positions, where candidates are trained and prepared for supervisory and managerial roles.

•  Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
•  Strong knowledge and aptitude for engineering field
•  Leadership, management, and organization skills

•  High level of analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

•  Capable of building collaborative working relationships
•  Excellent in priority setting and execution skills

•  Proficiency with MS Office products

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Management Trainee

The candidate will:

•  Work as a technician
•  Training roles outside direct scopes of technical field
•  Undertake projects in safety, quality & food safety
•  Execute projects as defined with technical manager
