Job Summary
Provide a Program Management Service to Business Solutions for any Key project in accordance with all agreed Specifications, Project scopes and Budgets.

Job Role

•  Provide cross functional coordination and manage communication with clients and project owners
•  Profile client requirements, and provide presales designs
•  Mobilize and execute, service delivery and product development projects
•  Ensure high service availability
•  Ensure commercial plan execution is on time and Quality
•  Ensure new products comply to  MTN’s revenue assurance recommendations
•  Oversee and maintain stock material for project’s implementation support
•  Plan and track expenditure according to agreed divisional budget

Education & Experience

•  A minimum of B.Com, BSc Sales/Marketing/Project Management/Engineering or its equivalent
•  Project Management Professional Certified will be added advantage.
•  At least 5 years’ relevant experience in an IT/Telecom

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•  In depth knowledge of the market and industry
•  Knowledge of the range of the corporate business partners
•  Understanding of technology and services
•  Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
