The Ghana Immigration Service invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for recruitment.

Responsibilities:

•  Will support and maintain the communication infrastructure for both data and voice (LAN, WAN, VPN, VOICE COMMUNICATION) INCLUDING:
•  PBX administration, telephone adds/moves/changes
•  HF/UHF/VHF radio systems, Microwave and cabling systems, etc
•  Will maintain an inventory of the status of the communication infrastructure

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualifications:

•  BSc/HND electrical/electronics, and must have knowledge in telecommunications and the management of communication equipment, with at least three (3) years of progressively working experience
•  Must have knowledge and practical experience in the installation, configuration, trouble-shooting, and maintenance of LAN/WAN, Satellite communication, PBX, Structured cabling systems
•  Certification such as MCSE, MCDBA and Network+ will be an added advantage
•  Fair knowledge of telecommunication subject
•  Knowledge in software security tools
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills
