Job Description

• Count cash in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Process transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, payments and money transfers for customers
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate company services and specialists
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Perform routine tasks like filing paperwork, typing, maintaining records and handling mail
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
• Follow company procedures when performing transactions for customers and provide customers with a record of transactions

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• HND minimum
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
