Liebherr-Mining Ghana Limited is a service company which supports Liebherr mining machines in operation within the Ghanaian mining industry.

Job Summary

Your Responsibilities:

•   Administer in-house training programs (plan and follow delivery of trainings, maintain up-to-date records and reports, etc.)
•   Ensure adherence to statutory training requirements
•   Be involved in the creation and/or delivery of computer based training packages
•   Collaborate with the board of the apprenticeship training program to ensure continuous running of the scheme

Qualification Required & Experience

Your Profile:

•   Higher Certificate or Diploma in a related Business Administration or Personnel/Project Management
•   Proven and verifiable management experience is essential. A previous teaching or training experience would be an advantage
•   Good computer skills and knowledge of MS-Office
•   English fluent oral and written
•   French, would be advantageously
