Job Title: Training Instructor

Duties and Responsibilities

•   In charge of overall technical training in the service department
•   To identify staff training needs of the workshop and submit recommendations to GM-Aftersales for implementation
•   Study technical reports received from Mercedes-Benz and disseminate the information to service department where necessary
•   Ensure the circulation of Technical Bulletins
•   To support technicians in solving difficult repairs
•   Ensures compliance of technicians in their work with the service manual and other Mercedes-Benz standards and educational programs

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of HND in Automobile wth 10 years working experience in automobile industry or MVT with 15 years experience in automobile industry
•   Must be computer literate

•   Must have good interpersonal skills
•   Reliable and responsible
•   Must be able to work under pressure with less supervision
•   Must have good skills in planning, implementing and managing training activities
