Job Summary

•  Deliver world-class user interaction designs, from concept through to launch.
•  Design for a variety of platforms including smartphones, tablets, and web browsers.
•  Produce designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: storyboards, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
•  Manage basic level of usability testing for prototypes. Quickly collect and decipher feedback for rapid iteration of the product design.
•  Work in partnership with application product management, visual design, and engineering to deliver the desired experience on time and within budget.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Minimum of 2 years of experience in human-computer interaction, usability and user interface design best practices. Visual design knowledge, a plus, but not required.
•  Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) in design or user experience. Preferably Fresh graduates to be employed as National Service posting.
•  Working knowledge of web design using HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript. Coding experience a real plus.
•  Should be Creative, Communicative with effective Layout.
•  Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.
•  Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with customers.
•  Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work under pressure.
