A reputable firm is looking for a qualified Valuer. This position will be based in Takoradi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the valuation of a range of residential, office, retail, industrial and chattels.

Qualification Required & Experience

• BSc. Land Economy / Real Estate
• Master's in Real Estate not essential but will be an advantage
• Must be a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors
• 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience
• Brokerage experience will also be an advantage

Essential Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Must be confident and have good negotiation skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
