Mission:
The Warehouse Assistant will provide support for the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the warehouse in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the company, ensuring that the company's business goals of growth, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction are met.

•   Assist in the receipt of inventory from Central warehouse and make the necessary system updates
•   Checking packing list against physical quantities of good received to ensure conformity
•   Labeling, stacking and re-arrangement of inventory at the right locations
•   Issue inventory to customer requisitions
•   Assist with random, quarterly and annual stock counts
•   Compile and submit weekly requisition/consumption reports
•   Maintain an efficient filing system for documents used for work
•   Ensure that PPE is worn during all tasks
•   Adhere to environment, health and safety programmes and requirements
•   Manage the relationship between Atlas Copco and the client to the benefit of both companies
•   General warehouse duties and tidiness of the warehouse environment
•   Participate in Employee Development programs including product and training, business and personal development
•   Any other duties assigned by your supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least three (3) years experience in the Mining Industry
•   Minimum Higher National Diploma in Purchasing & Supply or Accounting

Knowledge Requirements:

•   Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel, Lotus Notes

Personality Requirements:

•   Good interpersonal skills
•   Good understanding of Supply Chain Management
•   Good Reporting writing skills
•   An understanding of working with ERP systems
•   Attention to detail
•   Valid driver's Ghanaian licence Class C & E
