Job Summary:
The Warehouse Superintendent is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Details of Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Ensuring that appropriate safety regulations are followed both with regards to personal safety, material handling equipment and safety of inventory. Handle Hazardous Product in accordance with product MSDS - Material Safety Data Sheet. Compliance with company policies and procedures
•  Ensuring that Materials are well stacked and chemicals well stocked in accordance with laws and regulations
•  Reconciliation of Physical Stock to System Stock
•  No goods are received in store without an authorized PO. No stock issues without requisition
•  Maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems
•  Damaged goods on receipt are rejected and suppliers and superiors informed accordingly
•  Checking and verifying shipping records, handling questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and addressing any problems with inventory control
•  Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
•  Training of Staffs

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of BSc in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years' experience in similar role
