An organization seeks the services of competent and experienced individuals for the following position: Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oragnise workers, tools, machinery and materials
• Supervise construction activities
• Ensure construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications
• Ensure that contractor activities are properly coordinated
• Ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
• Taking responsibility for health and safety on site
• Maintain detailed and accurate site reports
• Communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of Diploma in Building Technology, Construction or any related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision
• Must be an excellent team player
