Job Description:
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Proven experience as receptionist or similar administrative role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND or Degree in Business Administration or Secretaryship.
