Job Vacancy For Front Desk Officer



A leading Non Bank Financial Institution is looking for suitably qualified persons for the position of:- Front Desk Officer

Duties / Responsibilities

•   Responsible for the efficient management of the front desk activities/client services
•   Receives all incoming clients and give preliminary brief on the business of the company
•   Initiate customer delight services to satisfy and retain clients
•   Schedule meetings/appointments
•   Relate information of company's products and services confidently
•   Comfortably interact with individuals at all professional levels
•   Perform basic clerical duties and write reports\

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good University Degree in Marketing/or Social Sciences
•   Working knowledge and Appreciation of basic computer software programmes would be required
•   At least 3 years relevant working experience as a Marketing / Customer Service Officer

•   Must be able to work with minimum or no supervision and exhibit professionalism
•   Should be pleasant and emotionally stable
•   Must be an excellent communicator
•   Must be a team player
