Job Vacancy For Front Office Manager



A member of a leading Hotel Group (3 Star Category) is looking  for suitable persons of the following position: Front  Office Manager

Job Summary

•   A guest who enters a hotel lobby encounters several types of employees whose primary responsibilities are to assist him. They include concierges to answer questions, bellhops to help with luggage and front desk executives to check him into his room.
•   These workers fall under the supervision of the front office manager, who ensures they make a good first impression on any hotel visitors.

Main Duties

•   Must ensure excellent customer service to guests
•   Must oversee reservation systems, room assignments, check in/check outs and other guest registration requirements
•   Must manage and train all front office staff
•   Must deal with guests and ensure that the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests
•   Must arrange staff scheduling and act as a liaison between the General Manager and front office staff

Skills

•   Diplomacy and the ability to communicate clearly
•   Firm leadership skills
•   The ability to perform under pressure
•   Must be highly motivated

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND / First degree in Business Administration/ Marketing
•   A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a similar position
