Join Our Team
• Nimed Capital Limited is seeking to hire a seasoned Fund Manager to provide the overall leadership, development and implementation of investment strategies for individuals and institutional investors. The position will develop and research new investment ideas for clients, perform continuing due diligence on existing investments, and serve as a member of the management team.
• You will work closely with Investment Analysts to mobilize, manage, monitor, and maintain client portfolios.
What you’ll do
• Proactively identify opportunities to promote Nimed’s products and capabilities to clients based on their specific needs.
• Work closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities
• Make decisions about financial and investment opportunities on behalf of clients
• Meet with an investment team, including analysts and other managers, to stay up-to-date about market situations and company decisions that may impact one another
• Ensure funds operate in accordance with regulations outlined by authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission
• Develop investment pipeline for Nimed Capital funds through the identification of potential investees, marketing of Nimed Capital investment products and cultivation of relationships
• Ensure well planned and organized visits as well as excellent customer care for clients and ensure good return on investment
• Independently monitor and suggest changes to client portfolios
• Ensure investment analysts recruitment processes and performance management systems managed, ensuring linkage to job design with recruitment, performance management and career development.
Qualification Required & Experience
Who we’re looking for
• You will ideally have at least 5 years + experience in product management and development, sales support, product support, investor relations, investor services, or a similar role in financial services.
• You are SEC certified
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• You have a comprehensive and thorough understanding of financial markets with a detailed knowledge of security analysis and portfolio analytics.
• You are highly self-motivated and ability to solve problems creatively
• You will love our customers and have the desire and ability to communicate frequently with investor clients regarding their accounts and investments
• You have high level analytical and research expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at concise communications
• Highly effective in forging working relationships with team members and business counterparts.
• Strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills and proven record of performance developed of direct reports
