Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a:- General Manager

The person who will report to the Board must have good leadership qualities and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Bank

Roles / Responsibilities

•   To drive the vision, and mission of the Bank to its actualization
•   Will be a board member and shall make regular presentation on the management of the Bank to the board
•   To implement the corporate plan and budget of the Bank
•   Be responsible for all the operational activities of the networked branch / agencies of the bank
•   Be responsible for the expansion of the Bank by spearheading the growth of the Asset base, Deposit base, credit portfolio, and profitability of the Bank
•   Be responsible for the management of all functional head and their operations in the bank
•   Perform any other duties assigned by the board

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree, ACIB, or any professional qualification with a minimum of 10 years post qualification and working experience in banking
•   A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage

Required Skills and Experience

•   Sound knowledge of Banking, Banking Law and Practice
•   Excellent Management, Entrepreneurial and Administrative skills
•   Very good working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
•   Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
•   High sense of responsibility and results oriented attitude
•   Excellent oral and written communication skills

Age Limit: Minimum age limit must be 40 years
