A member of a leading Hotel Group (3 Star Category) is looking for suitable persons of the following position: General Manager
Job Summary
• He will be responsible for leading and development of the hotel team to ensure that the hotel leading to continued financial success of the hotel
Main Duties
• Create an operative environment that assures guest satisfaction
• Monitor the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction system and financial report
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting on-going evaluations and investigating complaints
• Executive marketing, sales and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel's business plan
• Establish and maintain effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all employees
• Prepare financial report for management that clearly explains operational effectiveness, trends and variances

• Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good first degree in Business/Hotel management
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a similar position
• In addition to the above, he must have knowledge in luxury hotel operations, including preparation of business plans, financial controls and budgeting, sales and marketing, personnel and labor relations, asset protection and preventative maintenance, security and safety programmes, quality assurance programs and long-range planning.
