Job Title: General Manager

Objective of Position

• To provide technical and operational leadership and direction for the achievement of the corporate objectives of the financial institution.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Law (LLM) or related field of study with at least 10 years working experience in a banking institution, of which 5 years should be in a managerial position.
• Qualified member of a professional body (e.g. ACIB, ACCA, CIMA, ICAG etc) with at least 5 years working experience in a banking institution, of which 3 years should be in managerial position
• Must possess a satisfactory working experience in the rural banking/community banking environment
