A Health Facility in Tema with Staff strength of 28 is looking for a General Manager, age below 65 years, for employment. There is no age limit were the applicant is strong and healthy. Must have experience of working in a health related entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of the clinic subject to the Directives of the Board
• Act as the chief spokesperson of the clinic
• Devise programmes to increase the market share of the clinic
• Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of personnel
• Ensure compliance's with regulations and policies as determined by the regulatory agencies of the sector, especially the traditional medicine practice council and the food and drugs authority.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of first degree or equivalent professional qualification
