Role and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing programs, organizational and financial plans
• Responsible for the organisation's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives
• Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends

Qualification Required & Experience

• Masters in Real Estate, Finance, MBA or other relevant qualification and 40 years or older
• At least 10 years experience in real Estate
• In-depth knowledge in real estate
• Good knowledge in corporate finance project management
• Excellent communication skills
