The Person
Self-assured, highly motivated, age not less than 40 years and keen on living and working in the rural area. Must be a passionate communicator and a team leader and abreast with evolving technologies and trends in the industry

The Job

•   Leading the vision of sustainable agriculture and agro-processing as growth poles for the national economy
•   Managing a manufactoring outfit that processes perishable produce under EU quality standards
•   Managing a team of highly skilled professionals in Supply Chain: High Factory Efficiency and Quick Transport Turn-around
•   Managing an out-grower scheme as well as company nucleus farm that demonstrates sustainable agricultural Practices

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc in Natural Science, Engineering or Economics
•   MSc in Agro-Processing or MBA in Production
•   Professional Qualification in Accountancy, Agriculture or Brewing

Experience

•   Minimum 3 years in similar position or, minimum 5 years experience with reputable companies as Head of Department in Production, Commerce or Accountancy
•   Good record for enforcing financial and regulatory discipline across the company
•   Had been leader of a team that executed a project involving substantial investment
