Our client a leading FMCG company in Alcoholic beverages now requires the services of General Sales Manager.

Job Summary

• Supervise effective distribution to achieve Outlet Numeric Distribution, Availability, Visibility.
• Develop and implement the most effective Route-To-Market for adequate market coverage in the Alcoholic beverage category
• Responsible for providing local market intelligence and competitor activity reports to management
• Champion trade marketing activities and introduce initiatives to boost sales in the general market
• Lead the sales team to achieve desired top-line and bottom line results through customer acquisition, product sales, compliance, logistics etc.
• Supervise the execution of all company commercial initiatives across territories
• To perform any other responsibility as directed by line management

Qualification Required & Experience

• A first degree from a reputable university with at least 8 years’ local alcoholic beverage background
• Strong start-up experience and strong entrepreneurial background
• Trade/Channel Development Experience
