Job Vacancy For General Services Coordinator



A leading Oil & Gas Company is looking for qualified candidates for the following position, based in Accra: General Services Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate the general maintenance of company's premises, including residential accommodation in line with Company policies and procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the performance of service contractors to ensure they provide the expected service as provided in the contract.
• Handles contract administration, including responding to requests for variations and claims;
• Deals with problems arising in connection with the execution of Purchase Orders/works contracts
• Handles the certification of invoices
• Performs liaison activities between Company-contractors/ and suppliers to resolve all issues related to commercial and operative aspects
• Ensure that office and household equipment are properly maintained

Qualifications Required & Experience

• Accredited University Degree in Land Economy, Engineering, or similar.
• Master's preferable.
• 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
• 5 years of General Services / Logistics experience
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
