Qualification Required & Experience

•   Handles guests complaints taking corrective action as necessary. This includes incident reports and other guest concerns.
•   Provides direction and training to all employees to maintain a positive working environment.
•   Maintain appropriate appearance for job
•   Good Event Organiser
•   Must have knowledge of hotel amenities
•   Helpful customer service skills, a genuinely friendly attitude
•   Excellent computer and typing skills

Required Skills

•   Must speak fluent English
•   Must be 25 years and above
•   HND in hospitality management and two to three years experience in the hospitality industry
