As a result of growth of our business operations and desire ot provide timely and best quality service to our nationwide customers, we are looking for experienced individuals for the following position in our Accra office.

Our services range from equity capital markets, debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory, private wealth management, institutional equities, mutual funds among others

Responsibilities & Roles

•   Developing marketing and sale policies, programs and systems to support strategic business direction
•   Aligning business plans with organizational objectives
•   Directing implementations and execution of marketing and sales policies and practices
•   Ensuring marketing communications are coordinated, supporting marketing plan objectives and meeting organizational expenditure requirements
•   Providing leadership and supporting the design, development and implementation of product and service lines
•   Managing marketing services department including development and distribution of all marketing materials
•   Setting pricing strategies and introduce new products.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first Degree in Marketing or Financial Management from a reputable institution. A Masters Degree in Business Management or Marketing will be an added advantage
•   A certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities
•   5+ years of previous Marketing experience with 3 years in Management position
•   Ability to work well under pressure
•   Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication ability
