Fidelity Bank Limited requires Head of Cash Management, Corporate Banking for immediate employment.

Job Summary

•   Develop appropriate strategic and tactical plans for the achievement of Corporate Banking deposit target and transactional banking excellence
•   Drive Cash Management  sales – cash collection, internet banking and electronic payments and any new products that will be introduced
•   Developing profitable and sustainable product relationships – identify and meet business needs of existing and potential customers, with unique value propositions.
•   Negotiate and develop bespoke cash management solutions of selected corporate customers, and protect such business from predators.
•   Network with other Sales Executives and Relationship Managers within the Bank in order to solve customer problems and provide customer solutions.
•   Lead the development and marketing of cash management products with emphasis on electronic banking products and solutions.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree in any discipline with MBA in Finance or Marketing and CIB qualified.
•   A minimum of 5 years relevant  experience, with a proven track record of developing and marketing cash management products
•   Experience with developing and marketing electronic banking products and solutions is critical
