Kumawuman Rural Bank Limited invites applications from suitably qualified applicants for the position of Credit Manager.

Responsibilities:

•   Knowledge in Credit risk management and Knowledge in standard credit appraisal
•   Knowledge in all statutory credit returns preparation and experience in debt recovery
•   Enforces Credit policy and ensure adherence to acceptable standards
•   Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare reports on high risk accounts
•   Detailed knowledge of required legal documentation of all forms of security and a thorough knowledge of collateral laws in credit delivery
•   Knowledge in financial statements and market credit analysis

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, and/or Banking with relevant professional qualification. A Master's degree will be an advantage.
•   At least 5 years post qualification experience in the financial and credit delivery industry
•   Computer literate and knowledge in e-merge (T 24 banking software) is an advantage
•   Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
