Job Summary

The functional responsibilities are to plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development

•   Advise management team on HR issues and ensure that HR risks are minimized
•   Develop, implement and ensure adherence to appropriate administrative and human resource policies and procedures
•   Responsible for man power planning and resourcing of the company
•   Provide leadership in implementing progressive human resource initiatives to improve motivation and productivity
•   Compensation, benefits and welfare administration
•   Evaluates and verifities employees performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques
•   Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained
•   Maintains records, prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or Organisational Development and a good Bachelor's Degree
•   Must possess a minimum of four (4) years experience in a senior managment role
•   SHRMor IHRMP or CIPD certification will be an added advantage
•   High level of professional ethics and integrity
•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•   Good interpersonal and communication skills
