A reputable investment bank is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Head, Legal & HR.

Main Responsibilities

•   Develop and implement consistent legal policies, processes, procedures and programmes applicable to all Departments
•   Ensure that all business decisions are in compliance with all known legal and regulatory requirements
•   Represent the organisation in all litigation and support an external legal team in managing all legal aspects of the organisation
•   Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, policies and procedures across the organisation

Qualification Required & Experience

Essential Requirements

•   Possession of a Bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
•   Minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management
•   At least 8 years relevant work experience, 4 of which should be in a management role in a leading organization through the development of adding value to an organisation through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risks and penalties
