A fast growing Investment firm in Ghana is seeking to recruit competent professionals to work together to achieve corporate goals in a fast changing and competitive environment:- Head of Marketing

Responsibilities & Role

•   Developing marketing and sales policies, program and systems to support strategic direction
•   Aligning business plans with organizational objectives
•   Directing implementation and execution of marketing and sales policies and practices
•   Ensuring marketing communication are coordinated, supporting marketing plan objectives and meeting organizational expenditure requirements
•   Providing leadership and supporting the design, development and implementation of products and service lines
•   Managing marketing service department including development and distribution of all marketing materials
•   Setting pricing strategies and introduce new products

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good First Degree in Marketing or Financial Management from a reputable institution. A Masters Degree in Business Management or Marketing will be an added advantage
•   5 + years of previous Marketing experience with 3 years in a Management position
•   Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced and dynamic environment
•   Ability to work well under pressure
•   Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication ability
