A reputable organization is seeking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated and seasoned professional for employment in the position below: Head, Monitoring and Compliance

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Objective of Position:

•   Ideal candidate shall lead and supervise the Department through regular monitoring and enforcement of license conditions relative to the spectrum resource assigned, as well as inspection of communications equipment and installations to ensure quality of service standards are maintained throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities

•   Embark on periodic inspection of communication installations
•   Lead drive - testing of networks across the country
•   Supervise field analysis of network performance of cellular operations
•   Prepare and circulate reports periodically for informed decision making
•   Develop, implement and maintain the department's work procedures and systems
•   Plan, direct and control activities of staff in the department and recommend appropriate training and development

Qualification Required & Experience

Technical Skill, Education, Expeprience

•   A good Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecom Engineering, or relevant Behavourial science, a postgraduate qualification in Administration, Engineering or Utilities regulation would be an added advantage
•   Proven experience to harness human, financial and material resources harmoniously to achieve desired objectives
•   A minimum of 10 years progressive experience with reputable organisations, 4 of which should have been in senior management position
•   Strong working knowledge of international telecommunications regulations and quality of experience management issues
•   Excellent interpersonal abilities, professional  demeanor and proven negotiations and media skills
•   Ability to work in a team with diverse professional backgrounds
