The Head Personal Banking will be responsible for the mangement, growth and performance of the personal banking portfolio covering individual customers using appropriate channels and effective relationship management.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree or equivalent professional qualification with 7 - 10 years experience. An MBA will be an added advantage
•   Excellent understanding of economic climate, business acquisition and portfolio management
•   Excellent knowledge of banking operations with retail perspective
•   Working knowledge of credit policies/procedures and other related regulatory requirements and how they impact on retail business
