Objective of Position:

•   Responsible for the operation and instructional leadership at the preschool. Train and supervise staff, set instructional objectives, and work to meet all agreed set goals/objectives
•   Plan, organise and control all activities relating to the Preschool
•   Maintain and ensure the growth of a first class Preschool

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferably Education/Psychology
•   Working knowledge in Montessori System of Education
•   A minimum of 3 years of experience from the educational sector at management level
•   Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•   Strong digital literacy (ICT) skills required to perform Online Assessment/supervision
