Title: Head of Production

As the Head of Production, you will have oversight responsibility of our Aluminum Holloware and Roofing production section.  You will contribute to our growth and efficiency by ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and cost effectively, and deliver products on time.

Your core contributions will include:

•   Developing, monitoring and control of production systems, standards, policies and procedures
•   The planning, coordination and control of our manufacturing processes
•   Estimating timescales, drawing up production schedules and overseeing production processes
•   Establishing minimum and maximum production levels in relation to market demand
•   Ensuring that the production process is duly developed and followed
•   Developing and maintaining systems to measure performance against established standards
•   Establishing and implementing necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues
•   Reporting on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards
•   Liaising and co-operating with quality management and standards bodies

Qualification Required & Experience

You are our ideal candidate if you have a:

•   University Degree or its equivalent in relation to production management
•   Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in Roofing and Holloware manufacturing.
