Job Vacancy For Head, Property Management & Valuations



A leading Property Services Company with major operations in property development and real estate management requires the expertise in the following positions to assist the CEO to direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the company in a manner that will optimize its market share and earnings, improve efficiency and performance, help achieve its mission and goals

Key Duties / Responsibilities

The successful candidate under the supervision of the CEO, will be responsible among others for the following functions.

•   Sourcing for property management and valuation business
•   Valuation of property for purposes such as sales, rental, leases and loans
•   Provide efficient property management services on all properties owned by both the company and that of third parties.
•   Plan, direct or coordinate the selling, buying, leasing of commercial, industrial and/or residential reale estate properties
•   Negotiate property sales contracts, managing building protection projects, scheduling maintenance of contracts and compiling information for financial reports
•   Resolving client complaints and any conflicts
•   Helping in advertising properties available for purchase, rent or lease, selecting tenants
•   Prepare and manage lease or rental agreements, collecting rents and deposits and ensuring compliance of lease agreements
•   Providing updates to the property owners of physical condition and financial status
•   Scheduling all repairs and maintenance with vendors and ensuring the proper care of the properties
•   Researching actively and staying abreast of industry trends and market drivers
•   Ensure adequate market share of the company in the property management and valuation service.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Possession of a PMP or Prime2 Certificate will be an advantage
•   Bachelor's Degree with qualification in Real Estate, Land Economy from an accredited University or Institution
•   Be a practicing member of a professional body of RICS or the Ghana Institute of Surveyors or similar internationally recognized body
•   A Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance will be an added advantage

Working Experience:

•   At least 8 years working experience in property management or related field of which five (5) years must have been in a similar position or senior management level
