Our company is a key player in the information communication technology, consumer finance product supplies, logistics and trading going concern is seeking to recruit result oriented, committed and dedicated candidate to occupy the position of Head, Sales & Marketing who will report to the Deputy Managing Director to achieve the entire corporate objective

Job Responsibilities / Duties

•   Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees and enforcing policies and procedures
•   Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
•   Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit
•   Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating sales activities
•   Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share and competitor
•   Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
•   Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visit, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities
•   Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
•   Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and networking
•   Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related  results as needed

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Masters Degree in Marketing and/or Sales
•   Professional Qualification (CIM) or final level is an added advantage
•   Good 1st Degree/HND in Sales or Marketing
•   5 - 6 years working experience in a similar capacity of which 2 years should be at the senior management team
•   Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
•   Age: Not more than 35 years
