Key Responsibilities
Core tasks & responsibilities
Leader
• Keeping a friendly relationship with distribution channels
Manager
• Plan and direct commercial and sales operations of company
• Monitor daily activities of department through every area manager
• Elaborate and supervise annual and monthly budget of sales
• Plan annual work of sales department as well as its execution according to coporate goals and approved budget
• Feedback marketing team about their field activities’ effect
• Assure compliance of administrative policies of sales department
Ambassador
• Entrepreneur/Territory Management
• Coordinate action plans to let make efficient and maximize company’s commercial performance
Qualification Required & Experience
• University degree, preferable Master in business administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering
MBA is a plus
• 3 to 4 years managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in FMCG
