Responsibilities / Duties

•   Provide professional leadership and management for the school
•   Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning in the school
•   Lead, manage and deploy staff for effective allocation of work
•   Accountable to the board of directors for efficiency and the effectiveness of the school

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree or Master's in education
•   A minimum of Cert A in teaching
•   At least 5 years of exemplary classroom instruction
•   Experience in school leadership and management
