The Management of Anyinam Lodge is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person to the role of Hotel Manager. The successful candidate must possess sound business and operational skills acquired from previous experience in hotel management roles in particular those relating to general hotel management practices.

The expectation for this role is that the Manager will be customer-facing and take a hands-on role when required. The position itself will also offer diverse opportunities in planning and management, as well as other aspects specific to the Lodge’s location.

Accountabilities

•   The hotel manager will provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the hotel management team as it strives to provide the highest .quality in standards and services. In” addition, this individual will act as the main liaison between the client and hotel staff. The hotel manager wili also ensure that hotel and client financial obligations are met.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Ideal candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutions’ management, hospitality services, foods and nutrition, business administration or other related field. A master degree or post graduate qualification is an added advantage.

Special qualifications

•   The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in thisrole.
•   Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, support staff and to respond effectively to changing demands is critical.

Experience

•   A minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality industry required.
