Job Description

•   Preparing monthly attendance and overtime reward monthly.
•   Checking and creating personnel files for the new staff
•   Preparing probationary confirmation .
•   Preparing the formal confirmation when staff passes the probation.
•   Updating recruitment records on weekly basis
•   Preparing notice of company and dept.
•   Writing letters about employee issues.
•   Handling complaints and grievances from employees
•   Other duties assigned by the HR Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree or equivalent professional qualification in a Business related field; HR Management or Business Administration preferred
•   An HR related certification will be advantageous

Communication skills:

•   Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•   Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
•   Able to effectively manage conflict situations
•   Able to work collaboratively with other Heads of Department and staff.

Computer Skill: Excellent in Microsoft Office
