Job Vacancy For HR Officer



A leading Oil & Gas company is looking for qualified candidate for the following position: HR Officer

Main Responsibilities

• To provide support to the HR & Training Manager
• Support mobilization of expatriates
• Facilitate work permit and residence permit applications of expatriates and dependents at Petroleum Commission and Ghana Immigration Service
• Manage employment contracts of all expatriates and provide timely reports on termination, renewal and replacement
• Organise registration of non-citizen ID for expatriates and family at NIA
• Liaise with line managers on localisation of expatriate position and provide succession plan to petroleum commission
• Liaise with headquarters on issues relating to expatriate management
• General HR administration
• To ensure proper handling and filing of all documents regarding the activities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Accredited University Degree in Social, Management Sciences / Business Administration
• LLB certification preferred
• Excellent oral and written English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR administration
