Our client is reputable international bank and a world-class financial institution in Ghana. The Bank now requires a high calibre HR Operations & Resourcing Manager reporting into the Director of Human Resources based in Accra.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the entire HR service delivery unit as a key HR function;
• Liaise with the Talent and L&D Manager to co-ordinate the Bank’s recruitment process
• Develop and present the operating budget for the Employee Relations unit and upon final budget approval assure that all functions operate within appropriated amounts
• Develop, implement, and administer the management-labour relations area of the personnel program to improve labor relations
• Manage the HR Operations unit in line with the Bank’s approved HR policies / procedures and conditions of service/ Collective Agreement with a view to providing efficient HR services to employees and the business units.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of first degree in HR or related field
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in a unionized environment with years of progressive experience in labour relations
