Job Vacancy For HR Professional
A reputable international company is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable: HR Professional
Principal Accountabilities
• The position will be responsible for setting and delivering HR objectives, which are within the strategy & Business plans of an international company in Kumasi
• Responsible for management of all worker groups, including unions, worker representatives & collective bargaining bodies.
• Recommends solutions and advises management on significant employee relations matters
• Directs the administration of the compensation system and methodology, ensuring consistent practices
• Approves general administrative documents, including employment contracts, status changes (job title, salary grade, pay), separations from employment and other related matters
• Researches human resources issues, seeks out comparative data, utilising survey instruments or other applicable vehicles for such research and analysis
Qualification Required & Experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management or related course)
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of labour act
• Proficient in Microsoft office standard applications and HR/Payroll software packages (persol) and other HRIS
• Must have initiative with strong organization skills
• Must have a proven track record of people and office management
• Provide CV together with recent picture and references with contact details
Requirements
• Must be thoroughly familiar with local labour and employment law and practices, thorough understanding of investigative methods and principles. Keeps fully informed of changes in labour or employment law matters
• Must have complete and thorough understanding of international management standards and principles and job stability
• Demonstrate leadership and management skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including top, middle and supervisory levels of management and have effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion, has strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data and advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
