The Role
• Provide support in managing the talent pool of the organisation
• Develop and maintain an efficient dashboard that tracks the performance of key employee trends in aid in management decision making
• Co-ordinate and support all resourcing activities of the organisation - attraction, screening, selection and onboarding of staff for the organisation
Qualification Required & Experience
The candidate
• Knowledge in the Labour Act (Act 651) 2003 and related regulations
• Must be committed to excellence in service and performance qualifications & experience
• Minimum of a good first degree with professional qualification in the relevant discipline being a distinct advantage
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in areas such as HR resource planning, HR analytics & information system and HR operation is essential
