Key Responsibilities

•   Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination
•   Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job result, coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
•   Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process, carry out orientation for new team members.
•   Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organisation at hearings
•   Managing personnel's individual and collective development, such as training, assessment and promotions
•   Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicants must have a degree in Human Resource Management, be computer literate and must have a minimum of 6 relevant working experience. Previous experience working in a reputable institution as a Human Resource Manager will be highly advantageous.
