A reputable non-bank financial institution seeks the services of dedicated persons to fill the following position: Human Resource Business Partner
Job Summary
• The role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated Business Units. The role will serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues.
Technical skills
• Ability to set, monitor and assess achievements against performance targets, quality standards and service agreements
• Excellent organisation, delegation, performance management, and time management skills
• Ability to motivate others by personal role modelling, professional credibility and trust
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters relating to employee's personal information
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or other related field from aa reputable university or college
• Ability to enthuse and inspire employees to give their best in order to achieve goals
• 4 years management experience gained from a similar or a related banking / financial institution
• Intermediate experience and training in managing and supervising HR processes and function
