A reputable Savings & Loans company is seeking to recruit a suitable qualified Ghanaian for the following position:- Human Resource Manager

The Role

The job holder will work closely with Head, Human Resource to drive the achievement of the unit and overall company's objectives through the implementation of the Human Resources Strategy, policies and programmes

Key Responsibilities

•   Prepare human resource forecasts in consultation with business unit line managers
•   Facilitate performance and talent management programme
•   Undertake the full range of functions for recruitment, selection and appointment for specified Divisions
•   Develop and implement human resources programs and policies
•   Ensure organizational development & employee training and development
•   Monitoring of HR compliance issues and undertake general HR administrative functions.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related discipline required, Masters degree and professional qualification will be an advantage
•   5 years experience in human resources relationship management at a managerial level
•   Generalist HR expertise in strategic resourcing, performance management, organizational development, etc.
•   Prior experience working with a Banking / Financial sector.
•   The ability to establish relationship at all levels
•   An overriding service-delivery mentality with the ability to take a hand-on approach to developing human resources interventions
