Qualification Required & Experience

Applicant must possess

•   Master's degree in Human Resource Management
•   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent professional qualification
•   A minimum post qualification leadership / senior management experience of five (5) years
•   Applicant must demonstrate proficiency in IT
•   Post qualification experience in banking or accounting and working knowledge in French would be an advantage
